- Deep research using verified sources
- Use a voice that’s informative, neutral, and easy.
- Build emotional hooks and smart transitions to keep viewers watching till the end
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong research and storytelling skills
- Excellent command over Bengali writing
- Experience writing YouTube or documentary-style scripts
- Follow creators like Dhruv Rathee and Johnny Harris.
- Understands how to script for retention, hooks, and audience connection
Bonus if you:
- Have a sense of humor or drama for punchlines
- Know basic SEO or YouTube formatting
- Can visualize scenes while writing
